Thomas eventually wants to leave her behind, something Martha disagrees heavily with. After they left the house, Martha still has the feeling that something bad is happening or will happen with Patricia and goes back to the Crowley house. Thomas has no other choice but to follow her. Thomas tries to negotiate with Crowley to get Patrica back against a certain price, but Crowley isn’t interested in money. The only thing he wants is Thomas’ soul for his master, Lucifer. Thomas thinks it is utter boolshit, but Crowley knows things he couldn’t have known, like that Thomas and Martha are working for the No Name League and that Thomas is CIA. Crowley proposes that Thomas will meet the devil to control that he is, real and takes him to the basement. There, he shows Thomas a video of the things he did to Patricia and as a result, Thomas gets so angry that he almost kills Crowley’s servant. Afterwards, Crowley is willing to let Patricia go and the three of them go back to Martha’s house where Thomas refuses to talk about the events in the basement.

Alfred, Bazza and Dave search Captain Curzon’s place to maybe find clues to where he is hiding. Bazza finds Esme’s engagement ring which Curzon has pinned to his uniform as some kind of medal. Then the housekeeper comes in, but she can’t tell them where he is now. Only that whenever he leaves his house, he is wearing his uniform. Which is odd, since he is no longer enlisted in the army. Then Alfred goes to the officers club where he asks for their help in finding Curzon. Nobody is willing to give him information, except for one officer who is going to make some calls to see if he can figure something out. The next day, Alfred, Bazza and Dave are in the pub where they wait for news from the officer. A messenger brings Alfred an address where Curzon might be hiding and he decides that it is a one-man job and refuses any help from Bazza and Dave. Alfred goes to the address and meets Bet there, who heard from Harwood who killed Esme. Together they try to surprise Curzon, but he fleed as soon as he heard the two of them arguing.
Alfred chases Curzon, but he escapes when he can jump onto an upcoming bus.

Somewhere outside of London, Peggy and Harwood leave to go to Gaunt but leave Bet behind as they think that she is a liability. Gaunt is happy to see Harwood alive but thinks it is better to smuggle him out of the country, Germany for example. Harwood refuses the offer because he wants to take back control of the country while remaining in hiding until the time is right to reveal himself. Sometime later, Gaunt holds a Raven Society meeting where we spot Alfred’s father among the crowd.
