News was dropped at last weekend’s Comi-Con where we found out some new information about the new season of The Flash. It looks like Barry is going to get an upgraded suit with the long-awaited Flash ring that everybody has been dying to see. In addition to a new suit, we’ll also be seeing Cicada in the fifth season, who will be played by Chris Kline.
The list of who was present at the panel is as follows: Danielle Nicolet, Candice Patton, Jessica Parker-Kennedy, Carlos Valdes, Danielle Panabaker, Hartley Sawyer, Grant Gustin, and Tom Cavanaugh and the executive producer Todd Helbing. Fans came together to ask their heroes questions about the series and new season leading an interesting conversation about where these developments would take plots, character development and relationships in the future.
There were a lot of great conversations fans got to have with the actors, especially considering their personal views of the upcoming series. Everything from Nora’s codename to the Flash ring has been highly anticipated, so to see what’s in store was a real treat to fans who follow the series. We’re also really excited to see what this new villain will be up to in the show, considering everything Barry has been up against so far.
