Cousineau tells the class that Ryan has been killed and wants them to use their pain in their acting. The group decides to have a memorial service for him, but Barry is distracted when he gets a text from Fuches – the Chechens want the two of them dead.

The police find the camera in from the car the two Chechens died, but are not able to unlock it.

One of the funniest parts of the episode comes when Barry is talking to Fuches and convinces him to leave town and steps outside to take a call from Sally. Sally asks Barry to do a scene with her for Ryan’s memorial. The scene is from the movie Doubt and it was the last scene Ryan and Sally did together. While they are planning the time to get together Fuches is being attacked and kidnapped by the Chechens. Barry is oblivious to this and is kidnapped himself when he walks back into the hotel room.

The Chechens want Barry to kill someone for them, but Barry doesn’t want anything to do with it as he wants to get out of the killing game. They convince him to by threatening to kill Fuches. The Chechens keep Fuches as collateral so Barry doesn’t flake out on them. Instead of getting right to the assignment, Barry goes to the memorial instead.

As he is getting ready to do his scene Ryan’s father gets up and talks about his son eventually breaking down and crying. This impacts Barry as he has never had to witness the grief of someone that he killed (even though he didn’t actually kill Ryan, he was still going to). Barry ends up walking Sally home and, after an awkward exchange about the possibility of them having sex, says good night.

What Barry didn’t notice was Vachar, one of Pazar’s men, was following them and spying on him. Through a long lens, he watches Sally, then follows Barry as he drives away.

I can’t say enough good things about this show. I am very intrigued to see how everything turns out for Barry. The one part that was hard for me to watch was the torture scene where Vachar was torturing Fuches, but that’s kind of the point. I think the one thing you will see in every review is how amazed I am with Hader’s acting ability. He really is an amazing actor. The scene where he is talking to Sally about being impacted by Ryan’s father was great.

I also can’t wait to see how the Chechens eventually get to Sally.
