We open to the Griffins in the living room, and Peter just got word of his uncle’s death. He is excited because they can now use his HBO Max account until the credit card runs out. So they are going to watch Game of Thrones. Oy vey. It certainly has an interesting intro.

Lois is Lady Lotsaclothes, and Peter is Jon Yellowsnow. Can you hear my eyes rolling? Lois has a twin, Queen Hearsay. Oh. My. God. The jokes. Joe is Joe the Broken. He has a power (what power?) but doesn’t know how to use it. Stewie is Joffery and wants to sit on the iron throne now that King Dad is dead. Quagmire is Lottafinger. This episode makes me think I should have watched GoT so I could get more of the references. Brian is Uncle Doggin.

The Mother of Dragon, Daenerys, is definitely not what I was expecting and came in riding Dino from the Flintstones. I guess white walkers are a thing. Daenerys warns Joffery of them. The one I got a look at looked like the preppy kid Andy I had a crush on in middle school. Jon Yellowsnow ended him quickly. My eyes are tired from rolling already. Jon Yellowsnow became king. Is that even correct?

The next show they watch is Succession. The Succession intro is also different, with a little Fred Savage from Wonder Years thrown in. Of course, Peter plays the patriarch of the family. Stewie, Meg, and Chris play his kids, obviously, but Lois is Lois, and they are not married? Peter’s birthday celebration is off to a great start. Stewie and Brian are up first, but Peter hates it. Chris and Meg are next. Big surprise? He didn’t like them either. He ended up giving P Stream to “Big Bird.”

To finish up, we are looking at Peter’s take on Pretty Little Lies, Big Little Lies. So instead of the show about five women, it is now five men. Where do they even come up with these ideas? Even Mayor Wild West is in this one. Peter, Quagmire, Joe, Cleveland, and Chris all make up the five guys the show centers around, and Chris is a dad in this. Chris is the poor one while the others are rich. All I can do is shake my head. The show is absolutely ridiculous. Lois is the train guy from Pretty Little Lies.

Oh my god, this episode was just wow. I love these episodes. I get three shows in one. It does drive home that I have missed some pretty popular shows, so I was missing references.
