How to Become an MCU Fan

There was definitely a time when superhero movies weren’t mainstream. They were actually far from it. However, that is certainly far from the case now. Thanks to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, nearly everyone knows who Iron Man and Captain America are. The movies have become box office hits, with Avengers: Endgame being the highest-grossing movie of all time.

But what is so great about these superhero flicks? If you haven’t seen any, you probably are confused at their success. However, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give them a try. Even if you aren’t a fan of superheroes, they are very enjoyable for everybody. Not to mention that some of the world’s biggest actors are heavily involved in the series. The MCU is continuing to grow and release multiple pieces of content each year. This is why now is the perfect time to become an MCU fan. If you need some tips on how to do this, consider some of the following.

Know The Order to Watch in

The MCU runs to a particular timeline of movies. This is because all of the movies take place in the same world, however, all at different times. This gives you two options on how to watch the films. You can go by release date. Pretty self-explanatory, this will mean that the post-credit scenes line up with future installments. If you are watching the MCU this way, you are going to want to start with Iron Man. You can also watch the movies in terms of the timeline of events. This means you watch them in accordance to the year they were set in. Doing this would mean you would start with Captain Marvel. Either way is fine, just as long as you don’t start with Endgame.

You Don’t Have to Watch Every Single Minute

Some Marvel fans probably wouldn’t agree with this. However, not every single minute of the MCU is important. There are definitely some lesser films in there. For the likes of The Incredible Hulk and Thor: The Dark World, you can feel free to have them on in the background while you do other things. For example, you can play new slot sites while the movie plays and you will be fine. Just be sure to get the main takes from the movie.

Get a Friend Involved

It is a great way to get into the MCU if you can get a friend involved. It doesn’t matter if they are a newbie like you or a massive fan, either way, it will make it more fun. Not to mention this also gives you someone you can take to the theatre when those big releases come out. If your friend is already an MCU fan, chances are they can’t wait to show you the ropes.

Watch the Post Credit Scenes

Every MCU film has a post-credit scene. These give an indication as to what the next installment might be about, so be sure to stick around in the theatre afterward! You would be surprised at the number of people who walk straight out of the cinema when the movie ends. These post-credit scenes can be extremely important for the timeline of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, so try not to miss any. It is also worth noting that there are many releases that feature two different scenes. This means you can almost just sit in the theatre until you get kicked out, just to be sure.

The Cinema Experience

Although you might not get to experience the likes of Endgame and Infinity War in theatres, there are still plenty of upcoming releases to look forward to. The MCU provides such epic moments that they are certainly not to be missed in theatres. These films can really give you some of the best cinema experiences in your life.
