So back in January, I had foot surgery, so working out was put on hold. Recently I have finally begun feeling close to 100% so I decided to jump-start my fitness by going back to Darebee’s superhero-inspired workouts. I have actually been looking forward to doing this workout for a while because even though I have no martial arts training (as is made obvious in the video) I do love martial arts and Iron Fist was one of the first comics I ever remember reading.
I was lucky enough to be able to complete the workout in a gym that had a heavy bag and a rebounding punching bag, which I felt made the workout more enjoyable. Who doesn’t like hitting inanimate objects? Still the workout can be done without this equipment and I believe would still provide a quality cardio workout.
