I have a confession: this workout wrecked me! Actually the first time I tried to do it I quit after the third exercise (sit-outs) in the first round. This is a workout that in order to conquer it your mind has to be right. Part of my issue is that I did not do all of the necessary research before starting. DAREBEE has a YouTube page with an exercise library that shows you how to do each exercise. If you have not done some of these exercises I would suggest starting there to ensure you have proper form.
