We decided to go outside and tryout one of the workouts. This time around we decided to see what Batman’s sidekick did to become the Boy Wonder. I have my two wonderful boys (see what I did there?) join me for the workout. My wife was actually doing the Thor workout (which I reviewed earlier) off camera. She liked it as much as we did.
While the Robin workout does not include any acrobatics or difficult moves, its pretty good for core work and coordination with some punches and sidekicks. I enjoyed it and would definitely add it to a rotation. Next time I will try it at the gym and hit the heavy bad during the punching and kicking portions.
