So full disclosure, I’m not in this video. Yesterday was leg day and I may have been a bit overly ambitious thinking that I could follow it up with this workout the next morning.
I also was not wearing a shirt, and did not think you all would want to be subjected to my less than svelte physique. Its a quality workout with a good emphasis on legs, core, and functional movements (lunges, get ups, trunk twists, etc.)
My son seemed to enjoy it and did not complain that anything was too hard. I only had him go through one set, because I partially used it as a way of distracting him from waking the rest of the house at 5:45 in the morning.
Overall it’s a workout I would not mind doing again when my legs are not quite as rubbery.
