So it seems in this Charmed white and dark lighters are “made” differently than in the original. It is as though a person is split in half. Their light half from their dark half if you will. Mel and Maggie still haven’t found Macy and they are out of leads.
Harry and the sisters both take different paths to search for Macy. Harry is trying to tap into his other half whereas Mel and Maggie are trying a spell. Harry warns them that this is a dangerous spell and has been banned/frowned upon but they are going forward anyway. Harry being out of his own ideas decides to let Abigael out of her confinement in order to help. Harry and Abigael are now in a “demon mind meld” to try to help him tap into his dark side.
Of course something goes awry with the spell. To find Macy, three ways to connect with her are something she desires, something she dreads and something she keeps from herself. Maggie and Mel choose for dread lactose. They choose control for the keeps from herself but they disagree on her desire. Mel says her job and Maggie says their shared mother. They tried the spell with both.
Harry on the other hand is taking a walk down memory lane. He is seeing people from his mortal life which thoroughly bores Abigael naturally. Harry finds out that he was a scoundrel as a man. He was unfaithful to his wife and left his son behind. Of course this made Abigael smile. After their stroll in Harry’s memories, Harry and Abigael go to Scotland to see a castle connected to Harry. Harry finds how he and his dark lighter came to be. He finds the remains of most of the dark lighters.
The witch that took Harry and Mel on the trip, Katrina, to the astral plane isn’t all that she appeared. She is standing in her shop speaking to someone who isn’t there even though she has a customer. Katrina somehow gets a message to Maggie and Mel to help them find their sister. Just in time too. Mel and Maggie almost became puppy chow.
Maggie and Mel find where Macy is located and Harry finds Macy in the “demon mind meld”. Unfortunately now Abigael is now in the wind. Was Harry wrong to let her go? What will she do? You know I really don’t like Abigael. This episode gave me a look at her that didn’t make her look terrible. She actually showed compassion. I don’t know what I think of that.
