Jordon Peele is a hot commodity right now. After Get Out being a critical and commercial success including some Oscar nominations, he’s had slew of projects on the horizon. One of those projects is a reboot of The Twilight Zone for CBS Access. Check out the teaser below:

This confirms not only is he producing, but also hosting the series. It wouldn’t be The Twilight Zone without a host. I hope it gets real old school with it and has him stepping into the frame of each story as Rod Sterling did.
Now seems like a great time to bring the series back. The best episodes had plenty of social and political commentary to chew on. This isn’t the first time the series has been revived, once in 1985 after the feature-length film and a second time in 2002.
I don’t have CBS Access. (I have enough streaming services as is.) But this seems like the one to bring me over.
The Twilight Zone will be streaming on CBS Access in 2019.
