There was so much fashion going on during the Cannes Film Festival, that it made my head spin; but here are some looks that caught my attention…
Elle Fanning

Elle Fanning wore a custom Vivienne Westwood dress to the premiere of “Ismael’s Ghosts,” and it really caught my eye. The dress was hand painted with Elle’s name and a unicorn, amongst other things. It’s quite a simple silhouette, but the detailing is what makes the dress special.
Fan Bingbing

Fan wore an Elie Saab dress to the premiere of “Ismael’s Ghosts,” and this dress packs a punch without being too much in your face. I think the cape takes the dress to the next level and the detailed belt draws the eye. The dress fits perfectly on her and she’s wearing minimal jewelry to not take away from the look.
Julianne Moore

Julianne wore a Chanel dress to the premiere of “Wonderstruck,” and I feel like she never disappoints. Julianne always looks flawless, and this dress is flirty and fun. The feather detailing makes the look youthful and I like that Julianne wore a shorter dress, which was against the norm.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Aishwarya wore a Michael Cinco dress to the premiere of “Okya,” and she looked like a princess. Aishwarya always wears the most lavish dresses, and this time was no different. Even though the dress is voluminous, I feel like it doesn’t swallow her up. I also love that she left her hair down and kept everything else very simple.
Nicole Kidman

Nicole wore a Calvin Klein By Appointment dress to the premiere of “The Killing of a Sacred Deer,” and I’m really getting Audrey Hepburn vibes. She looks super chic and like she’s stepped out of an old Hollywood movie. The classic black and white is so elegant and that red lip is perfect.
Uma Thurman

Uma wore an Atelier Versace dress to the Fashion for Relief fashion show at the festival and she looked absolutely gorgeous! I love the silhouette of the dress and she kept on trend with the feathers. I think the dress shows off her great figure and I liked that she curled her hair.
Juliette Binoche

Juliette wore an Armani Privé dress to the closing ceremony and I thought she looked amazing! This dress fit her like a glove and what makes the look super dramatic, is the hair. That sweep of hair across her face, makes the look so much edgier. Her earrings also won me over because she’s wearing these beautiful diamond earrings, but she’s also wearing a matching ear cuff.
Jessica Chastain

Jessica wore a Zuhair Murad dress to the closing ceremony and I love the detailed beading on the front and back of the dress. They really stand out against the white fabric, and go great with her makeup and hair. What you also can’t see, is that the dress has an open back, which I think makes the dress look even more appealing.
