Now that The SAG Awards are over, the fashions that I saw on the red carpet, were far better than the Golden Globes, but still not really up to my standards. There were a few that I liked, but I’m hoping that everyone pulls out the stops for The Oscars 🤞🏼.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge is wearing Armani Privé, and I thought that she made a brave choice to wear this. It’s definitely a modern take on the black dress, and I think it really works. I think what sells it to me, is the beaded top piece. It makes the dress less revealing in a way, and it was something I’d never seen before.

Scarlett Johannson is wearing an Armani Privé gown and what I love about it, is the fabric. The metallic sheen is so cool, and I love that color on her. It’s futuristic, but old Hollywood combined together. And what you can’t see in this picture, is that the straps of the dress, are made of several jewels. They’re so gorgeous cascading down her back, and it’s the icing on the cake.

Margaret Qualley is wearing a Chanel suit, and this look actually shocked me, because I usually don’t like looks like these for award shows. Margaret really worked it though, and a Chanel suit is hard to mess up. It’s really classy and is made a little bit more dressy, with the flower brooch, and the sparkly fabric. I also think her hair and makeup compliment the outfit nicely.
