The episode opens to the TV and Wi-Fi went out. Meg asks to learn about how her parents met and fell in love. Peter decided to make it like an episode of friends. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It was in the 90’s so it was interesting to see the Family Guy take on the 90’s.

Apparently Peter and Lois lived across the hall from each other. Lois lived with Bonnie and Bonnie. Peter lived with Quagmire and Cleveland. They had all kinds wacky adventures. Peter and Lois had dated in high school but broke up to see other people and experience the 90’s. Throughout this time Peter and Lois were obviously in love.

Lois was pressured by her father to marry someone other than Peter. She was surprisingly engaged to Tom Tucker. However Peter pursued Lois even though she was engaged. Lois decided to marry Peter. Her father was not happy but pretended to be OK with that. He decided to throw Peter a bachelor party. Little did either know Pewterschmidt was going to sabotage Lois and Peter’s relationship.

Lois goes on to become engaged to Tom Tucker again and got down the aisle. Peter travels by explosion as everyone did in the 90’s to stop the wedding. He lands in a way that reminds me of the Incredible Hulk. He makes a heartfelt plea to Lois to sway her to leave with him instead of marrying Tom.
