I’m a huge advocate for taking care of oneself mentally, physically, and spiritually. I work in the mental health field and understand the impact of good self-care. That includes mindfulness, exercise, talking to friends, and good old fashioned talk therapy.

Physical health is something I’ve always found important, even though I haven’t always made it a priority. To try to be more consistent with my own self-care I’ve decided to begin reviewing DAREBEE’s‘s superhero themed workouts.

The first workout I actually did from their website was the Flash workout with my seven year old, but it wasn’t a full out workout and I have not footage, so Batman is my first official review.

This is a great workout for burning calories and fat. It’s a circuit that the recommend doing up to 10 sets. If you can get up to 10 sets then more power to you. It’s definitely tough. It will not turn you into Batman, but will give you a great burn.
