Shockingly it is Tuesday, again. This is a really small week, I basically hadn’t heard of anything. I almost picked a TV season for the first time ever. But then I found Gemini.

A heinous crime tests the complex relationship between a Hollywood starlet and her tenacious personal assistant. As the assistant unravels the mystery, she must confront her own understanding of friendship, truth and celebrity. – Neon
I literally no nothing about this movie, I just found out about and only because I was writing this blog. The cover art calls it a whodunuit, and Zoe Kravitz, so that’s why I picked it. Who doesn’t like a whodunnit, I know I do. Rotten Tomatoes’ critic consensus also helped sell me on it “A kaleidoscopic neo-noir, Geminiis a visually striking murder mystery with a convoluted but largely compelling plot and an impressive showing from Lola Kirke.” I have no idea who Lola Kirke, and convulated is exactly a great thing but a “kaleidoscopic neo-noir” is what’s got my attention.
Included with the Blu-ray:
- BLu-ray
- Digital HD
- Special Features
- Commentary with Lola Kirke and the director Aaron Katz
