Set to the The Go-Go’s “We Got The Beat”, this new Preacher trailer shows that the next season will definitely up the ante on action, being described as “a mayhem-filled road trip to find God.” With the Saint of Killers now after the group of Jesse, Tulip, and Cassidy, the trio take off for roads unknown. The strong focus on New Orleans also leads me to believe that at least a portion of the season will focus on the “Dixie Fried” story arc of the comics that is contained in issues 27-33. We even get a look at Her Starr! (Side note: I was just in New Orleans last weekend and seeing streets and bars that I was just at is really eerie and makes me excited to see what occurs in them).
