Emily was not prepared for how cold things would really get so the gang suggest she gets a pair of “Teddy’s gloves.”
Bae Teddy has invented the perfect thermal gloves that emit varrying levels of heat, from defrosting your car door to making the perfect bag of popcorn, the gloves can do it all!

Emily is super impressed by this invention and enters the Wayne Innovations contest EVEN THOUGH TEDDY TOLD HER NOT TO BECAUSE HE WASN’T READY!
She wants to convince the obnoxious guys from the fancy Wayne research division that she isn’t a nobody, that’s why she goes against Teddy’s wishes and almost breaks him.
We learn that Teddy is bad at rejection, and he’s always been in the shadow of his hot AF space doctor brother which is a LOT to live up to.

His gloves end up losing the contest to some perfect realistic hot robot and basically punishes himself for way too long. He calls his ideas crap and stops caring about anything until Emily takes him outside to snap him out of it and they get caught in the middle of a super-fight.
Crimson Fox gets iced and THE GLOVES DEFROST HER!!!
She loves them so much that she asks Teddy if she can keep them and like a groundhog seeing its shadow and announcing the end of winter, uses them to end cold season!
