This week Zayday and candy stripper Chamberlain decided to explore exactly why Munsch wanted to open this hospital with the most unqualified staff imaginable. Meanwhile, with a new murder in their lives, the Chanels and Munsch welcome back old friends and foes to solve the mystery of the Green Meanie.

Much earlier in the season that I was expecting, Zayday is already suspect of Dean/Dr. Munsch’s motivations for hiring her and opening a hospital. She wasn’t the most caregiving of Deans, so it’s a fair suspicion.

After finding out that all records about the hospital have been wiped, Chamberlain brings some microfiche’s about the hospital. It is threw these old articles that we get another flashback this week.

On Halloween 1986, just one year after the dumping of the patient into the neon green lake, the entire hospital staff was massacred by someone in a Green Meanie costume.

With this new information, Zayday confronts the Dean and gets to the real reason that she opened the hospital.

Kathy Munsch accidentally became a cannibal one night she was in Guinea and she has less than a year to live. She opened the hospital to find a cure for herself.

Chad (Glen Powell) was back this week and still looking as glorious as ever. On his return, he witnesses Chanel flirting with Dr. Brock and swears to win her back from him.

He challenges him to a game of squash for Chanel’s heart, but when he loses spectacular, he decides to start an investigation on Brock and his mysterious new hand.

Thus, one mystery gets solved when it is revealed that the hand once belonged to a Pro Squash player, who also murdered 600 (!!) people with a hidden knife in his racket.

Case of the Week :

Colten Hayes guest starred as Tyler, the poor soul who had

Neurofibromatosis Type 1.

This plot line was mostly an excuse to abuse Chanel #5 some more, who decided to care about the guy now, so that when he got hot again he’s still like her.

It didn’t end well for him, and Chanel #5 lost “The only hot guy that would ever love her”

This episode also saw the return of Hester and Denise Hemphill, FBI Agent in an almost perfect rendition of Silence of the Lambs.

Denise visits the the old Dean and as always immediately starts pointing the finger at Zayday

“If you wanna catch a killer, you need to get inside the mind of the killer or in Zayday’s case underneath the weave of the killer”

This actually led those two and the Chanel’s to visit Hester in her plastic cell, in hopes that the former Red Devil would know something about the Green Meanie.

What did Hester want in return? Only about a dozen dscontinued beauty products that could only be found at real estate auctions of dead French whores.

What she will actually get it seems, is a transfer to C.U.R.E so we can look foward to seeing more of Hester (and hopefully Denise!) in the coming episodes.

FYI, there is no new Scream Queens on next week. New episode airs Oct. 11th!
