Her character moved to New York after her girlfriend, Penny, won the Preminger Grant. We’ve been through so much over the years with this orthopedic surgeon – living in the hospital, two cheating spouses, coming out to her parents, a serious car accident, the death of her best friend and father of her child, loss of custody of her daughter, etc. Let’s take a moment to show Callie Torres some appreciation, and hope that her character has better luck off-screen and away from Seattle Grace-Mercy Death.
