New officially licensed RGB controllers and a glow-in-the-dark travel case are joining Turtle Beach’s growing Super Mario lineup — and pre-orders are open right now.
Nintendo Switch 2 owners with good taste just got some very exciting peripheral news. Turtle Beach is expanding its officially licensed Super Mario controller lineup with two brand new additions: a Rosalina-themed Rematch Wireless RGB Gaming Controller and a Koopa Troop edition to match. And if you are planning to take your Switch 2 on the road, there is also a Koopa Troop PlayTrek travel case to complete the look — complete with a glow-in-the-dark design that shows off Bowser’s infamous minions in the dark.
The timing is perfect. With Super Mario Galaxy hitting theaters on April 1 and all eyes on Rosalina thanks to Brie Larson’s portrayal, these controllers are arriving at exactly the right moment for fans who want to bring a little cosmic flair to their gaming setup.

The New Controllers
Both the Rosalina and Koopa Troop Rematch Wireless RGB Gaming Controllers are officially licensed for Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, and the Nintendo Switch OLED model, so no matter which version of the console you are on, you are covered. Here is what you are actually getting inside the box:
The controllers feature dynamic RGB lighting modes with iconic Super Mario designs, integrated motion controls, and premium TMR thumbsticks engineered for drift-free precision. There are also dual mappable back buttons for faster reactions in competitive play, up to 30 feet of wireless range, and a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 40 hours per charge. That last number is worth highlighting — 40 hours on a single charge is genuinely impressive, especially for a wireless controller in this price range.

The Koopa Troop PlayTrek Travel Case
For Switch 2 players who are always on the move, Turtle Beach is also dropping a Koopa Troop edition of their PlayTrek travel case. The headline feature is the glow-in-the-dark exterior design that lights up Bowser’s minions — which is exactly the kind of detail that makes a carrying case feel like something worth owning rather than just a protective necessity.
Beyond the looks, it is built to travel. The case uses a tough EVA molded shell with a PU leatherette exterior for solid drop protection. Inside, a padded flap protects the screen and doubles as a game card holder, and a mesh pocket keeps cables and accessories organized. Like the controllers, it is officially licensed for Nintendo Switch 2 and also compatible with the original Switch and Switch OLED.
