Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, aside from its extensive collaboration with Marvel, bringing heroes and villains into the battle royale, has released a recent new update with new modes and exciting collaborations. Players can now engage in competitive battles and access attractive items through the item shop.

The Incredibles Collaboration

The latest collaboration brings The Incredibles into the world of Fortnite. The exclusive bundle is currently available in the item shop, ready to be purchased via your V-Bucks. If you would like to buy them individually, each skin costs 1,500 V-Bucks; however, you can buy the whole bundle at a major discount for only 3,500.

The bundle contains the strong Mr. Incredible (Bob), the stretchy Elastigirl (Helen), and the funny Frozone, all in their main heroic outfits. Not only does the bundle consist of the skins, but it also features LEGO styles, three pickaxes, three back blings, and two emotes. Unfortunately, there is no sign of Violet, Dash, or specifically the villain, Syndrome.

The Siphon power is now back in Fortnite Ranked mode. The ability grants you health and shield once you eliminate a player. While Siphon has been available in tournaments, the recent addition to Ranked mode, both in Build and Zero-Build, is set to make the battle royale even more competitive for those sweaty players.

The Main Battle Pass

Fortnite is now in Season 4 with an exclusive Battle Pass from the Marvel world. The Battle Pass includes several skins, such as Doctor Doom, Captain Jones, Emma Frost, and more, each with their own special bundle. Although obtaining Battle Stars may give you some free items like Sprays and even V-Bucks, if you look for getting access to all Battle Pass items, make sure to spend 950 V-Bucks and earn as many Battle Stars as possible.

The Marvel skins are not limited to the Battle Pass, as there is a new bundle of Spider-Man for 1,500 V-Bucks, as well as Deadpool and Wolverine, each priced at 2,000 for those who missed them back in Chapter 2.

New Items

The very recent update of Fortnite introduces Iron Man‘s mythic weapons: Iron Man‘s Combat Kit and Iron Man‘s Flight Kit. The gloves and boots of the hero transform you into him, allowing you to fly in the sky, dodge enemy bullets through rolling, shoot them with energy blast, crush them by punching the ground, and most importantly, blast them via Unibeam, which deals a significant 90 damage.

However, there are also items for the dark side, as there is now a slightly higher chance for Doom Island to spawn on the map. The location of the map, once appeared, is shown to all players, prompting them to race to the island and try to become the chosen Doctor Doom. You will gain three super powerful abilities, far stronger than Iron Man‘s, while being physically bigger and having an insane full health of 1,000, equipped with the Siphon ability.

Also, Balloons and Firework Flare Gun have made their way back to the game after a long absence. The former allow you to ascend, and the more you use, the faster you go up. The latter marks enemy players for a short period when you shoot it above your desired zone.

Day of Doom

The Day of Doom new mode takes players into a head-to-head battle between allies of the Avengers and Doom’s Henchmen. There will be arcane artifacts, progressively spawning on the map. As part of the dark side, your job is to collect all the artifacts to stop the Avengers from having infinite respawns. One player randomly becomes the chosen Doctor Doom, aiding the team in gathering all artifacts. As the hero, your duty is to stop Doom’s squad from capturing all six artifacts, as they only have 80 respawns. Use all your capabilities, such as Iron Man‘s power, to prevent Doctor Doom from winning.
