October is just over halfway over, Halloween is nearly here, and the leaves are changing colors. It may seem there isn’t much to look forward to, but fear not, there are still movies to be released—comedy, horror, adventure, biopics, thrillers, and superheroes. The end of October has it all. So let’s get into it, Nerds! Here is a list of movies to be released at the end of October.

Black Adam – October 21 – Superhero, Action/Adventure – PG13
Black Adam, a corrupted, ancient Egyptian predecessor of Captain Marvel, fought his way to modern times to challenge Captain Marvel and his Marvel Family associates. But he becomes a corrupted antihero attempting to clear his name.

Ticket to Paradise – October 21 – Romantic Comedy – PG13

A divorced couple travels together to Bali for their daughter’s wedding, trying not to repeat the same mistakes from years earlier.

Prey for the Devil – October 28 – Horror, Supernatural – PG13
A 25-year-old nun named Sister Ann performs exorcisms and wards off demons while combating a sexist church that believes only priests should be allowed to perform exorcisms.

Till – October 28 – Drama – PG13

The film depicts Mamie Till-Mobley’s fight for justice for her 14-year-old son, Emmett Louis Till.
