The Flash Workout from DAREBEE is intense. My first time through I actually missed the second 40 fast high knees and plank jacks and I was still already sweating and winded. It’s an excellent cardio and core workout which of course are to important areas for any speedster. Adding the push-ups gives a nice respite in the middle to prep you for a tough finish. This one will definitely make you feel like you are working towards being the Flash, more than the Batman workout will make you feel as though you’ll be Batman when you’re done. I completed Level 1 (3 sets) and felt pretty winded and was drenched in perspiration. When I was done. This is one I would recommend and will be doing again.
