Season two marked the season where we first get to meet the crazy version of Jerome Valeska and The Maniax. And we got our glimpse of the mad world that is below Arkham Asylum: Indian Hill.
Silver St. Cloud (Ep. ‘Strike Force’)
Bruce first meets Silver at Anders Preparatory Academy. She was introduced to Bruce Wayne by her uncle Theo Galavan as she is his step-niece. She befriends the young Bruce Wayne who immediately likes her. But what he doesn’t know is that Silver is helping Theo with The Sacred Order of Saint Dumas’ plan to kill Bruce and take over Wayne Enterprises. To that end, she starts dating Bruce to drive a wedge between Bruce and Selina Kyle, who sees through her act. When Bruce and Silver are abducted, Silver mentioned the name of the man who killed his parents. It is then revealed that Selina and Bruce hired the hitman to get information out of her. Theo tasks her with luring Bruce to an arranged death, but she has by now developed genuine feelings for Bruce and instead helps him escape. After Tabitha turns against Theo, Tabitha escapes out the window with Silver. What happened afterwards with her is unknown. Since she is the last survivor of the Galavan family after the death of Tabitha Galavan, it is most likely that she is still alive somewhere outside Gotham.
Subject 514A (Ep. ‘Transference’)
514A might be better known as Bruce Wayne’s doppelgänger. After Fish Mooney hijacked the bus he and other prisoners of Indian Hill were in, he escaped into Gotham. After meeting Bruce Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth, Subject 514A started to mimic Bruce’s voice and start to resemble him. He meets Ivy Pepper and Selina Kyle who don’t know at first that he is not the real Bruce. 514A is later approached by Kathryn of the Court of Owls and is taken by her so that his scars can be “erased”. When he is replacing the real Bruce, who is sent to the Shaman, his physical health is going downwards and Kathryn predicts that 514A will be dead by the time Bruce Wayne returns. He is later attacked by Selina and Alfred and defeated he leaves Wayne Manor without any trace. The last scene we see him in is when he talks to Kathryn. It is unknown what happened to him next, but unofficial sources state that he dies offscreen from his injuries.
Robert Greenwood (Ep. ‘Damned If You Do…’)
Robert Greenwood was an Arkham Asylum inmate and a member of The Maniax. He ended up in Arkham because he killed over a dozen woman before eating them. He fought with Jerome Valeska over who would be the leader of The Maniax. The settled it by playing Russian Roulette. After Robert, and Jerome each pulled the trigger, Jerome showed just how insane he was by pulling the trigger three more times in a row. This impressed Theo and he named Jerome leader. Later on, Robert enjoyed trying to murder a bus full of Gotham City High School cheerleaders and later shooting up the GCPD. He held the camera as Jerome confronted Commissioner Sarah Essen. Robert was killed by Jerome when he said a line that was Jerome’s.
Aaron Helzinger (Ep. ‘Damned If You Do…’)
Aaron ended up in Arkham after he killed his entire family with his bare hands. He became a member of The Maniax. He survived the attack on the GCPD but at some point off screen, he was recaptured and re-incarcerated at Arkham. He was used by Hugo Strange to declare Oswald Cobblepot sane after the latter went through the ‘Ice Cream Therapy’. Later on, Aaron is brought into the reanimation lab in Indian Hill where a revived Theo Galavan is. Hugo then tells Theo that Aaron is a demon after which Theo knocks him out with the chest that contains the Sword of Sin. It is unknown what happened to him next. Most likely he was still a resident in Arkham before the bridges blew.
Eduardo Flamingo (Ep. ‘A Bitter Pill to Swallow’)
Flamingo was a hitman working for The Lady, and one of her best assassins. He got assigned by The Lady to kill James Gordon. When Flamingo arrived at the target location, he first kills two entire police units before starting a fight with Gordon. Gordon grabbed his pistol and aimed it at Flamingo’s bleeding mouth, but he managed to control himself and decided to spare Flamingo’s life. Flamingo was then transported to the GCPD lockup, but before that could happen he was able to bite officer Katherine Parks, who didn’t survive the attack. Flamingo was subdued by the nearby officers and successfully transported to the lockup. After this, we have no idea what happened, but most likely he was sent to Blackgate or Arkham. Maybe he escaped after the bridges blew and is he now hiding somewhere in the dark zone.
Basil Karlo/Clayface (Ep. ‘A Legion of Horribles’)
Before becoming Clayface, Basil Karlo was an actor who died of unknown reasons. He is resurrected by Hugo Strange and thanks to octopus DNA he is able to stretch his face and look like someone else. When Strange has kidnapped Gordon, he uses some kind of machine to transform Basil into Gordon. Basil, as Gordon, confronts the Strike Force and persuades them to take him to the GCPD. With help from Barbara Kean, Basil’s ruse was exposed; after acting strangely around Alfred and Bullock, suspicions were confirmed when Basil’s face stuck in place after being struck by Barbara. Later on, Basil helped Edward Nygma to convince Oswald Cobblepot that he is insane after seeing his dead father alive. Clayface is mentioned again in Season 5 when another Indian Hill escapee kills two former police officers while showing the same kind of powers as Basil has. Because of this, we can assume that he is still alive and probably stuck somewhere in the city.
GCPD Strike Force (Ep. ‘Strike Force’)
The strike force team of the GCPD that was founded by Nathaniel Barnes and consisting of graduates from the Gotham City Police Academy. The strike force consisted out of Josie Mac, Luke Garrett, Sal Martinez and Carl Pinkney. The group was very successful as they stopped many villains in season 2 but were not shown anymore in the later seasons. They stopped Victor Zsasz from killing a candidate for mayor, tried to stop Bridgit Pike, protect Theo Galavan as the new mayor, rescue Gordon and Lee Thompkins from Barbara and also rescued mayor Aubrey James. Unfortunately, many of the GCPD Strike Force members didn’t survive their missions. Luke Garrett died from Bridgit Pike’s flamethrower, Sal Martinez was killed by Tabitha Galavan and Carl Pinkney was brutally killed by Edward Nygma while Gordon was framed for it. Because of the small number of members remaining, it is most likely that the Strike Force was disincorporated.
