The convention will feature dozens of other creators and countless exhibitors as well. I can’t wait to stop by everyone’s booth to see what they have in store!
Things to Do in Seattle
No matter how big or small the convention is, there comes a point where you need a break – and because ACE is expected to host more than 10,000 guests each day, I think it’s safe to say you’ll get overwhelmed eventually. It’s important to take care of your body, both physically and mentally, so take some time to enjoy the city as well as the con! This past winter, I shared a list of Things to Do in Seattle During Emerald City Comic Con. This list is still relatively current, but there are a couple events that need updating and I think everyone will enjoy them!
Seattle Pride
While you’re here, why not participate in one of the biggest celebrations Seattle has to offer? The Pride Parade kicks off at 11 a.m. at 4th & Union and will last approximately two and half hours, which leaves plenty of time for you to get back and enjoy the rest of the show on Sunday! You can find more information about Pride here.
Museum of Pop Culture
When I last mentioned MoPOP, the Marvel exhibit was under construction. I’m pleased to say that the exhibit is up and running, so if you’ve got some spare time go check it out! If you can’t make it to the museum, don’t worry. We’ll be posting an article about the exhibit soon!
ACE Comic Con opens on June 22 continues through June 24, 2018. Be sure to follow @TheGameofNerds on social media for coverage during the show, and follow me on Twitter for live updates leading up to, during and after the convention!
