The January Loot Crate Was Squanchin’ Fantastic!

I was looking forward to getting this Loot Crate the entire month of January, so I was stoked when it finally arrived last week! Here’s the January haul!

Despite having not watched Westworld yet, I was super excited when I saw this in my box! I’m taking this as a sign that I need to start the series. Getting this box coincided spectacularly with HBO’s release of the Westworld season two trailer during Super Bowl LII! (and if you haven’t seen the trailer yet, you can check it out here)

Exclusive Westworld Maze Pin

Again, I haven’t watched the show yet so I’m not quite sure about the significance. But that only makes me more determined to watch the show and figure it out! Nevertheless, new addition to my pin collection 🙂

Exclusive X-Files Card Game

Want to know a weird fact about me? I really don’t like games. There are very few you can actually get me to play, and even then you’ll probably have to really do some convincing. But when I opened this, I was immediately taken with it. I mean, come on. It’s an X-Files game. That fits in your pocket. Not only can you whip the game out wherever you want, you can pretend to be Mulder or Scully at any moment you please!

Exclusive Harry Potter Socks

I completely forgot that there was going to be a Harry Potter item in this box. I. F*cking. LOVE. Harry Potter. I wore these to work without hesitation the next morning. I’m in love with them and no one will ever take them from me. Never.

Exclusive Rick and Morty T-shirt

Buuuuut, as much as I love Harry Potter, the Rick and Morty shirt was my fave item in this box! The design is a perfect blend of cute and disgusting, which is honestly perfect for the character. I loved searching for all the different characters tangled up in Rick’s brain! My only complaint is the color of the shirt — black shirts are much easier to maintain and I have a hard time committing to wearing a white shirt because I’m such a klutz. But, for this shirt, I will make that commitment.

All-in-all, I was so pleased with this Loot Crate! I not only got some amazing merch, but I was also convinced to watch a new show! It was all a win in my book!

The Loot Crate for February 2018 is going to contain some “Black Panther” merch, so stay tuned for that! I can’t tell you how pumped I am for this, honestly. The Crate will also contain merch for “Fallout 4,” “The Expanse” and “Pacific Rim: Uprising,” but let’s be honest. We’re all most excited for “Black Panther.” So, check back soon for an update on the next Loot Crate and even sooner for TGON updates on Marvel’s “Black Panther” movie!

As always, follow me on Twitter for more consistent updates and keep in touch!
