The 2017 edition of the Pirelli Calendar was shot by German photographer Peter Lindbergh and features Hollywood vets & newbies alike in a state of natural, un-retouched beauty.
Actresses in The Cal included Julianne Moore, Helen Mirren, Lupita Nyong’o & Kate Winslet, just to name a few.
The calendar “conveys personality, sensitivity and the guts to be yourself”,
Lindbergh is quoted as saying at the launch of the new calendar. He went on to say that the creation of this calendar was an emotional journey, that he wanted to capture the “sensitivity and emotion, laying bare the souls of the women in the images.”
