YOU THERE! Yes, you. Hi.

So, it’s winter time, and all us Sherlockians are spending as much time as possible snuggled up while rewatching “The Abominable Bride” again and again. Why not take it a step further and start a bit of crafting during these times of hibernation? Whether you’re into knitting, crocheting, colouring, even cooking or baking, here are a few things to help you enter your mind palace… (and leave you with some really cool stuff. You’ve always wanted a scarf like Sherlock’s, right?)

1. “The Mind Palace” Colouring Book

We all want to just sit around and colour sometimes, right? It’s super relaxing and fun, and this recent wave of fandom-themed “adult colouring books” will now allow us to further embrace our nerdiness! Check it out here: “Sherlock: The Mind Palace: A Colouring Book Adventure”

2. “Nice hot cup of coffee.”

This is by far the easiest thing you’ll ever make in the kitchen. Step 1: Get a cup. Step 2: Put…something in it…? Step 3: Forget it; just call it a cup.

3. The Scarf. Need I say more?

Time to pick up the knitting needles! The pattern for the fabulous blue scarf can be found here.

Bonus: Check out this scarf pattern of 221B’s wallpaper, complete with the bullet-holes smiley face.

4. Eat an apple. Or better yet, carve “I O U” into an apple.

Even a psychopath (or high-functioning sociopath) needs a healthy snack…

5. Make your own Sherlock. I’m not kidding.

Crocheting folks, this one’s for you. A DIY mini Sherlock Holmes. You’re welcome. Also, it kind of resembles a voodoo doll…hint hint, nudge nudge
