2) Have his parents be former agents of S.H.I.E.L.D who have worked along Nick Furry and Coulson.

3) Connection to The Kingpin. Being one of Spider-man greatest Villain it would be a real treat to have Peter make a reference of The Kingpin.
4) Strong backlash from the events of Civil War

5) Bring J Jonas back. The events of Civil War would be a great way to bring such a great back in the style of Marvel Frontline comics.
6) Have one of the Avengers cameo in the film. I would want Nick Furry or Coulson to make a cameo to tell him that he will always be welcome to join the Avengers.7) A fresh

i agree with skipping the origin story, it’s been done enough. focusing on an established spiderman allows for deeper character development and more interesting plotlines. the idea of connecting his parents to shield is a fresh take that could add some intrigue. also, using kingpin as a villain would be a great choice, given his history in the comics.
