The Apothecary Diaries Season 2

Based on the light novels of the same name, we follow Maomao, the royal apothecary, as she continues her poison-tasting adventures that lead her to uncover crimes at the Inner Palace. In season one, Maomao helped prevent assassinations and solved the mystery behind a slew of mysterious deaths plaguing the Emperor’s concubines, children, and staff. 

This upcoming season promises Maomao will investigate potential assassinations and mysteries arising in the Inner Palace.

Dr. Stone: Science Future

After discovering the source of the Great Petrification lives on the Moon, Senku and friends set sail for America. Well, whatever’s left of America after the Great Petrification 3,700 years ago.

However, things soon turn chaotic as they realize America has a Kingdom of Science that is much more advanced than Senku’s. Threatened by unknown outsiders, the Americans attack, starting a battle between the two kingdoms. Can Senku and friends evolve their technology to match America, or will they sink?

Sakamoto Days

Sakamoto’s Store is a small convenience store run by a couple, Taro and Aoi Sakamoto. On the surface, the couple looks like your run-of-the-mill citizens. They run a store, have a daughter, and live relatively average lives. However, there’s a dark past behind Taro Sakamoto, a retired legendary hitman. 

Even though he’s been retired for years, the underworld isn’t done with him. Now with something to lose, Sakamoto must rust off his skills to protect his newfound life and family or die trying.

Solo Leveling Season 2: Arise from the Shadow

In a world where people have access to interdimensional travel, it’s no surprise there are multiple lingering threats. Luckily, humans can fight back if they have the aptitude for it. These hunters fight monsters within the gates that connect dimensions. 

Jin-Woo is a hunter with a pitifully low aptitude for hunting. Driven by his need to help his mother and sibling, he fights in low-level gates to make money for treatment. He soon finds a way to level up, leading to him becoming a world-class hunter. This leaves Jin-Woo open to stronger threats from the gates as he hopes to cure his mother’s illness.

My Happy Marriage Season 2

The first season of My Happy Marriage follows Mio and Kiyoka through their frosty first meeting as it thaws into a beautiful relationship. Throughout this, the couple finds the courage to stand up for themselves and fight for their happiness. This means going against Mio’s abusive family and challenging the role they want Mio to play.

Season two follows the married couple as they have to deal with Kiyoka’s own abusive family and Mio’s dad. Underneath the romantic drama, lies a bigger plot with supernatural elements. Mio seems to be the center of it all, but why?

Zenshu is the latest original anime from MAPPA that follows a day in the life of an animator, Natsuko Hirose. Like many overworked employees, Natsuko drops dead from overworking. Unlike many overworked employees, Natsuko reincarnates in the world of  A Tale of Perishing, the anime that inspired her to become an animator. In an attempt to survive in the cruel world she finds herself in, she gains the power to re-animate scenes to avoid danger for herself and the cast of heroes.
