The group is all trying to figure out why Silas could have killed Tony, and why Percy is gone. Huck said she did remember seeing something that wasn’t important then but thinks it’s important now. She goes outside to get Silas’s bag, and digs inside and pulls out some old drawings that Iris did and threw away, she plays up the angle that Silas had a thing for Iris and was jealous of Percy. Away from the girls and Elton, Felix and Huck discuss what to do with Silas, they both agree that they should probably leave him.
Flashback time with Silas, his dad seems like a real peach, not at all actually. His dad was yelling at Silas in the kitchen, asking if he was a pig, which turned to choking Silas, who struggled to find something to free himself from the grip, which was a picture frame. Silas swung the frame and cut his dad’s face big time and also plunged it into his dads stomach which created some heavy bleeding. The next door neighbor heard all the noise and came to check up on the mom. Silas told her that she is at work, but during all that conversation his dad vanished from the spot he was sitting at. Silas went to look for his dad, he sees that he was in the bathroom and took a ton of pills and he turned upstairs. Silas freaks out and doesn’t know what to do, so he goes in his room and puts on his headphones and falls asleep. Silas never told his mom what happened so when she got home she was almost attacked, Silas runs down and puts down the walker dad, but his mom is so shook she wants him gone. Silas can’t remember if he killed anyone or not because he can’t remember what happens when he blacks out.
Silas has been locked inside a fence with some playground equipment and a walker approached, the walker was able to worm it’s way through a hole in the fence and was crawling towards Silas who didn’t ask for help and seemed to just be accepting his death. Hope comes and kills the walker, berates Silas for not asking for help and puts the fence back together. At some point Silas was able to free himself but stayed in place like he was tied up until Iris talked to him the next morning. He apologizes for being a killer and says he will never forget her. Iris lets Silas leave so he can have his fresh start, Elton decides that Silas can’t leave on his own, he is going to go after him. With his supplies and someone else his odds of survival climb dramatically, Hope is very sad to hear that and asks what about family, Elton counters that Silas is family. Hope finally lets out the secret that she is the one who killer her mom the night the sky fell, she didn’t know who it was until she saw the picture in the book, Elton was understandably upset, but not at Hope, he heads off to find Silas, he found his trail as he found Silas’s walkman.
The big reveal is that Huck is a double agent working for the CRM. A couple episodes back where she went scouting ahead for a 48 hour period she really met up with the CRM, her mom, Elizabeth is the big bad leader of the CRM military.
