Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 1/2 regular or cinnamon graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 1/3 cup stick butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  1. Heat oven to 350*
  2. Mix crumbs, butter, and sugar.
  3. Press mixture firmly against bottom and sides of medium muffin cups.
  4. Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown; cool.

Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Beat whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.

Strawberry Glaze:

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Wash and cut stems of strawberries; roughly chop large berries.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. After some, time juice will begin to form. Continue stirring; mashing the berries with a wooden spoon.
  5. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat. In a blender, puree the sauce. Cool Sauce completely before using it.

How To Build:

  1. Fill The crusts with whipped cream about 1/4 full.
  2. Fill the crusts with strawberry glaze until the crusts are half full.
  3. Alternate between the whipped cream and strawberry glaze one more time; making the strawberry glaze the top layer of the tart.
  4. Cut small strawberries in half; placing the halves in the center of the tart.
