Hello Gothamites, we are getting so close to the end with this being episode 10, I am Bane.
We begin this episode with Dr Strange who uses the strength-enhancing drug Venom to turn Edwardo Dorrance into a rage-filled Bane. Meanwhile, at the GCPD the reunification of the mainland and Gotham is on its way when General Wade arrives in Gotham.

Barbara arrives at the docs where the submarine that Nygma built is lying ready to sail away. But before they can set off for open water, Barbara is getting a contraption and Penguin orders her to get to the hospital. He reassures her that they won’t leave without her, but when she is out of sight they still attempt to leave Gotham. But when they try to start the submarine it doesn’t start because Barbara has stolen the submarine’s pressure gauge.

Gordon, Bullock and Bruce are waiting on the results of the water test that General Wade orders. They hear good news when he declares that the toxic levels are below what they ordered, and that reunification can now officially start. Then there is even more good news for Gordon as Lee calls him to tell him that Barbara is gone into labour. He tells her that he’ll be there as soon as possible. But the joy is short-lived when a big truck pulls up at the GCPD and Bane kidnaps Gordon, Bruce and General Wade.

When Bruce and Gordon wake up again, they are face to face with Walker. Gordon tries to convince her to release Bruce and that he has nothing to do with it, but she tells him otherwise. It has everything to do with Bruce and a mistake that he made in the past. Walker wants Bruce to guess what it is about and every time he makes a wrong guess, she has Bane beating up Gordon. After some hints from Walker, Bruce figures out that she is Nyssa al Ghul, the daughter of Ra’s al Ghul and that this is revenge for killing him. Bruce wants her to only punish him for it, but she knows that Bruce had help from Barbara when he killed him. Nyssa orders Bane to go to the hospital and kill Barbara.

Barbara is currently fully into labour when Nygma and Penguin show up. They want the missing submarine part back, but she tells them that she doesn’t have it on her. When Bane shows up in the hospital she forces Nygma and Penguin to protect her. The four of them escape from Bane and Nygma and Penguin will keep him busy as Lee and Barbara try to flee the hospital. Nygma and Penguin try to stop Bane by firing oxygen tanks at him and letting them explode.

But this doesn’t hurt him at all and he just walks out of the fire. When they are out of sight of Bane, Nygma reveals that he already stole the pressure gauge back from Barbara and they leave the hospital. In the ambulance bay, Lee tries to convince Barbara that she doesn’t have to leave Gotham to keep her baby and that Gordon won’t try to steal the baby away from her. Before they can get out of the ambulance bay, the baby already arrives and it is a healthy baby girl.

Back in the place where Nyssa keeps Gordon, Bruce and the general, Gordon is given anaesthesia and he wakes up on the surgery table. Strange wants to improve him physically before placing a chip in his brain. Strange starts by giving him Venom, but Gordon manages to break free and Strange escapes. Gordon frees the supposedly unharmed General, but he doesn’t know that the General already has a mind control chip from Strange. Nyssa tells Bruce that there is a back-up plan where Gotham is reduced to rubble when it is beyond saving. When Nyssa leaves Bruce alone, he uses candles to free himself from the ropes holding him down and he escapes. Along the way, he meets up with Gordon and the General.

Meanwhile, Selina and Alfred are looking for the blueprints for Wayne Manor so that when Gotham is reunited with the mainland the place can be rebuilt. When they hear about Bruce being kidnapped, they offer to help to search. When Alfred and Selina are back at the GCPD, they catch a help call from Bruce who sends them to the hospital to rescue Barbara.Lee and Barbara are standing eye in eye with Bane when Alfred drives his car straight into Bane. Selina and Alfred stay behind to fight Bane while Lee and Barbara drive off with the car. The fight is very short because Bane throws Selina against a wall and breaks Alfred’s back. Lee and Barbara arrive at The Sirens Club where they are greeted with the bodies of Barbara’s guards and Nyssa al Ghul.
Bruce, Gordon and General Wade make it back to the GCPD, where the General suddenly orders to bomb Gotham, showing that Strange did indeed already planted a chip inside of his head. When Bullock, Gordon and Bruce walk outside, they can already see the coppers which start to fire bombs at the city.
