Browser games on your PC can make a welcome change from the games you play on your smartphone or tablet. They tend to be low cost or free and are designed to keep you occupied for a while. They are an ideal way to take a break from work, or just to take the tedium out of everyday life for a while. There are a large variety of them from puzzle games to adventure games and everything in between. Here are just a few to help you pass an hour next time you are bored.

It doesn’t matter if you do not play golf on a real course, this game is still enjoyable. It is almost like a mini crazy golf and includes ski slopes, lily pads, herds of sheep and UFOs. There is a puzzle element to it as well. At the beginning, you can see the whole course, but each time you complete a hole it changes and evolves. This is a unique game that is a lot of fun.

Have the race of your life in a Lamborghini Veneno or LaFerrari as you pit your driving skills against the other cars taking part. With very easy to use controls on your keyboard, this game will give you hours of fun.

This game will get you hooked. You have to build bases, collect supplies and explore dungeons as part of the game. To succeed and win you will have to have your wits about you as you work your way through the adventures that lay ahead.
Tanki
If you like tanks and warfare, then this is the game for you. It has several deathmatch arenas and a large arsenal of weapons for you to win. You could be fighting in the snow or in some lush green grass, but whichever it is, it is up to you to defeat the enemy. There is more than one variation included, and you can easily move from one to another if you fancy a change.
Slither.io
In this game, your long boy (snake) has to eat dots to become even longer. It is reminiscent of Pac-Man in that you have to dodge the other snakes to stay alive and reach the highest level. If you touch one you die, and the longer you get the harder it is to avoid them. You can change the color and styles of your snake, and apart from that, it is a very simple game that is addictive.
Ztype
If you want an old-style arcade game that you can control with your keyboard skills, you need to look no further than Ztype. Your keyboard replaces the joystick as ships rain down on you and you can only take them out by quickly typing the words attached to them. That might sound easy enough, but the more you progress the harder it gets.
There are literally many thousands of browser games to choose from and some of the oldest of them are still around, and still great to play.
