Legends of Tomorrow Season 4

Good news, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow is back for season 4 on October 22nd! Known as the wackier branch of the DC CW shows, Legend is also underatedly one of the best. The past two seasons (season one, admittedly, sucked) have been on point in writing, story, and acting. This is a show that isn’t afraid to laugh it itself, explore crazy plot-points (hello Beebo), and be the lovable collection of misfits we all know it to be. This season seems like it’s going to be just as crazy as ever.

Matt Ryan (demon-hunter John Constantine), who guest-starred on a few episodes last season, has been upped to series regular. Someone who won’t be returning? Keiynan Lonsdale as Kid Flash has completely left the Arrowverse, which is too bad since it felt, last season, like he had finally found a groove on Legends that he never had on The Flash.

In the trailer CW released at San Diego Comic Con, we find out that when the Legends released Mallus in the season 3 finale, a lot of other demons slipped through the door from hell into our world as well. This season will find the Legends teaming up with Constantine to track them all down. There’s no word yet on who the big-bad is going to be this season, but knowing Legends, it’ll be someone with a little charm, and a lot of humor.

From the trailer, it looks like the Legends will be visiting Woodstock in one of the first few episodes. The Legends will continue to work with the Time Bureau, and Sara will continue her relationship with Ava. Grodd (everyone’s favorite, giant, telepathic gorilla) will be back this season to cause more trouble. There’s also a dragon and a unicorn. I don’t know about everyone else, but I’m looking forward to whatever crazy this show has in store.
