Robin Hood is a hero and his story is often retold. His movies started in 1908 and he has another one coming out in November of this year. That is 110 years’ worth of movies. He has been a man and even a fox (in Disney’s version) and was even made into a spoof AKA Robin Hood Men in Tights. Oh that movie is hilarious!
Robin Hood is infamous for stealing from the rich and giving to the poor. He is of noble birth but must live as a pauper after coming home from the war. He and maid Marion fall in love. Who doesn’t love a bad boy? Finally, Robin Hood must defeat the evil Sheriff of Nottingham.
This new one stars Taron Egerton as Robin Hood, Eve Hewson as Maid Marion and Ben Mendelsohn as the Sheriff of Nottingham. It is hitting theaters November 21st this year. I can’t wait. Tell us why you want to see Robin Hood in the comment section below!
