Before Jonze was directing some of the best movies of the decade including Her and Adaptation, he got his start with quirky music videos with Beastie Boys and Weezer just to name a few. Even in his smaller works, his unique visual style shines through. This week Apple released a new ad for their HomePod “welcome Home” directed by Jonze starring FKA Twigs and featuring “Til It’s Over” by Anderson Paak. Jonze hasn’t directed a movie since Her in 2013, but any Jonze is good Jonze. Check it out below!
Not sure if it convinces me to buy a Homepod, but it’s fun to watch none the less.
