SNL Top 4: Natalie Portman

Saturday Night Live - Season 43
Will Heath/NBC

Natalie Portman hosted Saturday Night Live for the second time on February 3rd. It had been 12 years since her last time hosting the show and Portman didn’t miss a beat. With a follow-up to her shocking rap and surprise appearances from some SNL alum, it was a solid episode. Here are my favorite four sketches of the night.

#1 Revolutionary War

This clever take on the Super Bowl was by far the strongest sketch of the night. Cameos by Rachel Dratch and Tina were a nice surprise.

#2 Natalie’s Rap 2

In 2006 Natalie Portman’s first rap in appeared on SNL as a digital short with The Lonely Island.  Twelve years later and Natalie proved she could still shock us.

#3 First Lady

Melania gets some advice about being First Lady from Jackie O., Martha Washington, and of course, Hillary Clinton.

#4 Stranger Things 3

This “sneak peek” of season 3 of Stranger Things gives us a look at some of the other kids like Eleven and the side effects they experience from using their powers.

Saturday Night Live Will Return on March 3rd with host Charles Barkley.
