We open on WAG having a little dinner party with their friends Larry & Larry’s husband whose name I have forgotten & am too lazy to look up. Their daughter has just gone off to college and Larry is feeling hella down about it & forcing his friends to look at pictures of her so he can feel like she’s closer than she is.
Grace is encouraging this behaviour even though she hates looking at the pictures because she hates being confrontational and tends to be too nice to people, at least according to Will.
His point is proven slightly when Grace feels bad for Larry and gives him a job! She thinks having him around will help her outvote Will’s choices but he ends up constantly defending & siding with Will & laughing at all his (bad) jokes.

When Grace is like BRO what gives?! Larry admits that he’s IN LOVE WITH WILL! He feels like there’s distance between him and his husband and Will’s ass is cuter so he has a huge crush on him and is basically ready to have an affair.
As a result of this revelation, Grace fires him. But she doesn’t tell Will the real reason for the firing and makes up some bullshit excuse. Will calls Larry and apologizes for firing him and arranges a secret meeting to get him hired again but Larry thinks the affair is starting so when Will shows up at the office, homeboy is naked as the day he was born. Everyone is confused, Grace comes in to help but makes it worst, and Larry realizes he’s having a mid-life crisis and he loves his husband.
In other news, Jack starts driving for Lyft but on his first day he runs over his cooky neighbour Val. Karen tries to help him out of a potential lawsuit but then Val ropes Karen into an obsessive friendship and braids her hair into a gravity defying braid. Jack saves her from Val’s clutches and they live happily ever…at least until they run her over one more time.
