Overwatch Halloween event is here!

The Overwatch Halloween event is back and we’re going to be summarizing all the new cosmetics added to the game!

Ana- Cosair

When I first saw this skin I was slightly disappointed because I was really pushing for a witch doctor skin. But after I pulled it I grew to really enjoy it, especially how vintage the gun looks. Also I really like Ana’s hair accessories!

Reaper- Dracula

I thought this was an interesting take on Reaper. Suave and mysterious isn’t usually Reaper’s forte but the skin I would say really fits. And also his guns are GORGEOUS golden. But with Dracula on the roster there must also be…

McCree- Van Helsing

This has to be one of the best McCree skins by far. The concept of McCree being Reaper’s counterpart with both skins is awesome. He also sports some longer hair, a new facial hair style, and a classic wooden crossbow on his back.

Mei- Jiangshi

This skin is a personnel favorite from this year. Not only is her skin very cute but it is also based on chinese folklore. The skin is based on a Jiangshi hopping vampire which are basically zombies. But with the tiny fangs and claws, along with the new hopping emote she has been granted, its overall a very fun skin.

Symmetra- Dragon

Wow. This is EASILY one of her best skins. She almost reminds me of something straight out of World of Warcraft! Also Symmetra’s photon projector is sentient. It has eyes and blinks every so often! So creepy!

Torbjörn

Now with skin, I feel like it should have been in the game sooner? But I don’t think you always need to make extravagant skins for it to be good. Also, this skin changes Torb’s hammer into Thor’s hammer which is pretty rad.

Zarya- Totally 80’s

OH MY GOSH. This skin is another favorite. I found most of Zarya’s skins before the anniversary event a little boring but this one definitely delivers. Cheetah print leggings and leg warmers really put the perfect touch on this skin.

Zenyatta- Cultist

Phenomenal. The idea of Zenyatta changing his beliefs of the Iris and into Cthulhu is such a great concept for a skin. Also changing Zen’s ultimate call out from “experience tranquility” to “expierence oblivion” is super badass. And it doesn’t stop there, whenever Zenyatta has an emote or ult that shows his multiple arms, the arms are replaced with tentacles! Amazing attention to detail! I say this skin is one of the premiere skins for this event this year.
