With Legion premiering in a few weeks, many comic books fans are wondering how much of our favorite X-Men we are going to see.
If you aren’t familiar with Legion’s plot line, it follows the life of David Haller, who since he was a teenager, has struggled with mental illness. He was diagnosed as schizophrenic and has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years. But after a strange encounter with a fellow patient, he’s confronted with the possibility that the voices he hears and the visions he sees might be real. Most Marvel fans, know that David Haller’s father happens to Professor X.
BUT, Legion Producer Lauren Shuler Donner says, “We just don’t want to get into the Xavier world, because that’s not what this show is about.”
Sorry folks, you’re going to have to wait till Logan to get more Professor X!
