My reaction to my first ever Bam! Box. Photo Credit: Rick & Morty/Adult Swim

I used to subscribe to a number of mystery monthly subscription boxes. After awhile you start to realize that a lot of the boxes have the same types of items, and after awhile the theme’s will recycle from different companies. So you might have Fantasy in box 1, but the next month box 2 would then do fantasy and you might be uninterested in that since you just had it. So I cancelled all but one mystery box. In January however I decided to try a newer one after doing some research.

In my many travels I uncovered a website that sells awesome collectible items that is hard to find elsewhere at comiconauction.com This company then decided to branch out and start a monthly subscription box at thebambox.com/

They advertise every box has an exclusive or limited edition item. On top of that 1 out of 10 boxes are an instant winner with a limited edition or autographed item. Some of them are numbered out of 25, 50, 100 and 250.

Spoiler Alert After subscribing for the months box a couple days later I got a notification that every box was going to have an exclusive autographed print! So without making you wait lets show what was in the box.

Felicity Smoak “Smoakin’” pin. Not false advertisement, I should really start a jacket with all my pin flair. Photo Credit: Jon Hicks The Game of Nerds

Marvel’s Daredevil Pocket Pop Bobble-Head Keychain. Whew that is a name, on the second hand market this value is around $9 shockingly. Photo Credit: Jon Hicks The Game of Nerds

The Big Bang Theory, “Soft Kitty Magnet.” Fun fact when I opened this I was trying to do an un-boxing video and I actually sang this song, how can you not? No you can’t see it. Photo Credit: Jon Hicks The Game of Nerds

Firefly playing cards. These are neither on fire or fly, but are around $9 before shipping online. I should be a hand model. Photo Credit: Jon Hicks The Game of Nerds

Doctor Who Metal lunch box(no thermos) One side Tardis, one side Dalek, really nice lunch box. I however have never seen the show so I think it would be better with someone else. Please feel free to tell me I suck at nerding in the comment section.

And the exclusive item was also combined with the autograph. Are you ready?

I love this show! 46/100!

So personally I am happy with this months box and it has earned another month from me. Next months theme is Merc, which advertises Deadpool, Deathstroke, and Bobba Fett.

You can get your Bam! Box in month to month, yearly, or other options in between at thebambox.com/
