That’s the tagline for NBC’s upcoming Good Girls. That should be the only thing you need to hear before adding this show to your watchlist but in cast it’s not, keep on reading for more about the peacock’s most promising new show.
Jenna Bans created this show, her previous credits include Scandal, Grey’s Anatomy, & The Family (RIP) so you know she can be trusted with amazing television.
When three suburban moms get tired of trying to make ends meet, they decide it’s time to stick up for themselves by robbing the local supermarket at (toy) gunpoint. But when the manager catches a glimpse of one of them and the loot is far more than they expected, it doesn’t take long for the three best friends to realize the perfect getaway will be harder than they think.
The three leads of the series are Christina Hendricks, Retta, & Mae Whitman (!!!) and honestly in these trying times, we all need more ChrisRettMae in our lives.
Good Girls is set to premiere February 26th at 10pm EST.
